Earlier this month I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Punta Esmeralda Condominiums in Puerto Vallerta, Mexico. It really was paradise! Everything about the trip was exactly what we were hoping for: gorgeous weather, exquisite food, and enough margaritas to fill one of the 8 pools.
